Para el paso de avenidas, r\u00edos, canales, aeropistas, cruces f\u00e9rreos etc. En la instalaci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas para servicios p\u00fablicos tales como oleoductos, acueductos, alcantarillados, energ\u00eda, telecomunicaciones. La perforaci\u00f3n se puede realizar en diferentes tipos de suelos (arenosos, arcillosos, canto rodados) con una cabeza de corte giratorio, mientras que la fuerza de hincamiento la proporcionan unos cilindros de empuje hidr\u00e1ulico. La tuber\u00eda de acero y las secciones del sin fin se van a\u00f1adiendo a medida que la maquina avanza. Los escombros se evacuan del tornillo sin fin a trav\u00e9s de la tuber\u00eda y son conducidos hasta el inicio de la perforaci\u00f3n.  Este sistema no solo facilita la instalaci\u00f3n en pendientes, como es el caso de alcantarillados, sino que tambi\u00e9n se utiliza como camisa de sacrificio para la instalaci\u00f3n de instalaci\u00f3n bajo nivel fre\u00e1tico de drenajes marinos, regeneraciones de playas, descontaminaci\u00f3n de suelos , reconstrucci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n de colectores. El sistema permite el cruce de grandes r\u00edos, carreteras y autopistas, monta\u00f1as y cualquier obst\u00e1culo natural, puesto que, al utilizar lodos de perforaci\u00f3n, permite perforar bajo nivel fre\u00e1tico de forma r\u00e1pida y eficaz. Este m\u00e9todo es utilizado para instalaci\u00f3n de tuber\u00edas de acero o polietileno desde superficie, en di\u00e1metros desde 2\" hasta 26\" con longitudes hasta de 2000 mts. Consiste en una perforaci\u00f3n piloto constituida por un cabezal dirigible donde se encuentra una sonda emitiendo ondas de radio que al ser detectadas en la superficie permite tener el control sobre
